BEFORE ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW. 

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this “Cashback” promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 02/09/2024 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

  1. This Promotion is available weekly to real money customers of www.on.partypoker.ca (the “Website”) who:
    1. have a verified Website account;
    2. are over 19 years old or are over 19 years old in Canada;
    3. have downloaded our poker client; and
    4. are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

  1. Eligible Players can access Cashback by clicking on the Website or poker client “Offers” tab.
  2. In order to participate, Eligible Players are required to opt-in once to the Promotion and start accumulating points to reach the relevant targets (as per table at term 10).
  3. For the purposes of the Cashback Reward Plan, a “weekly” shall mean a full calendar week from Monday 00:00 CEST to Sunday 23:59 CEST.
  4. Eligible Players will earn 1 point for every $1 in rake/fees generated playing any poker game at any buy-in.
  5. Every time an Eligible Player reaches a target, they will unlock a reward that will be paid on the following Monday.
  6. All rewards are credited as cash and have no wagering requirements.
  7. The maximum cashback reward that Eligible Players can receive during the Promotional Period will be 20% of generated rake/fees.
  8. If at the end of the Promotional Period the number of points accumulated by the Eligible Player falls between two targets, Eligible Players will receive the cash reward associated with the last target they have reached. The remaining points will be forfeited. For example, if the player has earned 30 points from $30 generated as rake/fees, they will receive the reward associated with the 25 points target, $2 and the remaining 5 points will be forfeited and not re-issued.
  9. The targets and the cash rewards for this Promotion are detailed in the table below:

  10. The Points are non-transferable, and do not have any value other than set out in these Cashback Terms and Conditions.
  11. The cash rewards are shown in $ (USD), however If the Eligible Player’s Website account is not in $ (USD), the values will be calculated according to the currency of the account, in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The Promoter bears no responsibility for any exchange rates or conversion rates.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  1. This Promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”). 
  2. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in.
  3. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
  4. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, they reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s Website account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
